Customer alignment and flexibility
Whilst we may start a project with a specific brief, such as a Key Intelligence Topic (KIT) brief, we like to work as closely and iteratively with our clients as possible, because we believe that is the best way to ensure that we align our services optimally to their needs as these develop and change
We also try to ensure that we do not duplicate effort and costs with our clients during the execution of individual projects
The potential benefits of close customer alignment as a knowledge-based approach to CI provision are discussed in the publication “Rules of Engagement” (Lewis, Dafydd: CI Magazine 2003 6(5)) a copy of which is freely available on request (please see our Recent Literature page for further details)
Beyond value
We believe that true value is sometimes measured other than in financial currency. Many third-sector organisations - such as medical, environmental and humanitarian charities - perform valuable services which cannot be measured in this way
MayoConsulting aims to encompass this sector and offers heavily discounted rates to not-for-profit organisations
Customer confidence
Confidentiality of our client relationships is automatically assured, though we are happy to sign any confidentiality agreements as required. We also adhere strictly to a code of ethical practice, to which your attention is drawn
Your attention is also drawn to our default terms and conditions which can be modified on request, where appropriate. All work done for EU based clients is subject to professional indemnity insurance
